- Provision of Job specific Asbestos Removal Control Plans and Work Method Statements to clients and Building Management before asbestos removal work begins. Detailed "Site-Logs" explaining works carried out.
- Use of state of the art asbestos removal equipment and fully qualified and trained staff, no sub-contractors.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
- Obligation free quotes on request.
- Asbestos smapling for independant lab analysis to determine the presence of asbestos.
- Provide air monitoring for asbestos fibres (using independant NATA accredited consultants) during the removal process and for clearance certificate upon completion.
- Competent Person for A Class Asbestos Removal, WHSO, and trained hygienist.
REINSTATEMENT WORKS
- Having both a QBSA Builders Licence and an A Class Asbestos Removal Licence enables us to provide full re-instatement services of new non-asbestos materials if required. This ensures less stress for the client and more efficient and timely completion of the works.
